Explicit Consent Statement

This statement concerns processing based on your explicit consent under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and the rules on commercial electronic messages.

By ticking the relevant box on a form, you give explicit consent to the processing of your name, e-mail address and telephone number for sending commercial electronic messages (e-mail / SMS) about campaigns, products, services and information, and to sharing those data with processors engaged solely for that purpose.

Giving this consent is optional. Not giving it does not by itself prevent mandatory form handling (for example transmitting your contact request). You may withdraw your consent at any time by applying to the KEP address. Withdrawal stops messages after the withdrawal date; it does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Storage of Consent Records

To demonstrate your cookie preferences, the following data is processed as a ConsentLog record:

  • The unique identifier of the consent record (ConsentId) and a unique event identifier (EventId)
  • The category preferences you provided (functional, performance/analytics, advertising/marketing)
  • The date and time of consent
  • Your language preference
  • The policy version applicable at the time of consent (PolicyVersion) and an integrity digest of the text shown to you (ConsentNoticeSha256)
  • Your browser information (User-Agent)
  • A truncated (last octet / 64 bits zeroed) IP address

These records are processed to demonstrate your consent and may be deleted by an authorised administrator from the admin panel. The retention period is limited to the period determined by the data controller in line with applicable law. Automatic deletion applies only after it is approved by the data controller.
