Rotating drum applications: It is a painting process in which small metal objects such as buttons, zippers, buckles and eyelets are placed in a rotating drum. After preheating 60-80°C, a 2-component paint system is sprayed into the rotating drum with an air gun. The internal temperature of the oven is kept in the range of 80-90°C during painting. When the paint spraying is over, the oven temperature is raised 20-30°C, allowing small objects in the rotating drum to be covered with paint film without sticking to each other. Curing of the paint is provided while spraying the paint at the same time. Thus, this method provides a serious energy and labor saving compared to conventional spray painting method used in the past.
