At the beginning of 2017, Kaizen Circles project was started as 9 Kaizen Circles with 77 voluntary participants from different departments.

The teams started to work on selected subjects in accordance with the kaizen philosophy came together in different dates and they planned their studies/activities and also shared the results each other.

All teams were succeed to completion their studies until the defined target date. Then they have shared their presentations about the activities and results of the selected subjects at a meeting to our General Manager Mr. Eyüp Altan and all senior managers being participants on 25 July 2017.

The teams are taken praised for their highly effective presentations and results. Our General Manager Mr. Eyüp Altan stated in his closing speech that these studies will continue to increase and to provide the necessary support for this works.
