As part of the PLM KPI Program, launched to encourage the effective and efficient use of all functionalities of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system—developed as a digitalization project for preserving and managing our R&D institutional knowledge—we recognized and rewarded our colleagues who demonstrated the highest level of engagement and effectiveness in using the system.

Based on the KPIs established at the end of last year, PLM usage performance was evaluated across various dimensions, including data quality, process management, and time management. As a result of these assessments, team members who stood out through their exemplary usage habits earned the “PLM Star” pin.

During the ceremony attended by our General Manager, Semih Kılıç, and our Deputy General Manager of Strategy and Corporate Operations, Aslı Altan, pins were presented to our successful colleagues.

We congratulate all our colleagues who have contributed to the widespread adoption of the PLM culture and thank them for their dedication and commitment to this achievement.
